Neve has a rather uncanny ability to relax the dogs in her care. Our wee Zero has previously been twitchy with groomers and he almost falls asleep with her!! We have a 13 yr old and a 2yr old and she just has a knack with them both I am notoriously picky when it comes to my boys' cuts and I can honestly say I've not seen better. Highly recommend.
